You are welcome to choose any two of these bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the second floor and have a magnificent ocean view. One bedroom is on the first floor and does not have an ocean view. The bedroom located on the first floor is an ideal bedroom for people with limited mobility. Guest access Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed. Access to the property will be denied if noncompliant to this rule. As per Airbnb policy, the reservation will be canceled, and you will forfeit your stay. Other things to note *Air conditioning* Please note that we have two schedules available for the air conditioning. You can choose between the following time slots: ~8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. ~9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. The rancho does not have towels available. Parking available for 2 vehicles. There is no street parking available. Please plan accordingly. Please keep in mind that our beautiful tropical country has two seasons.
