This 2-bed apartment is connected by a door and equipped with a kitchenette, TV, a dressing, and (2) bathrooms. This unit can accommodate 10 guests, up to a maximum of 12 and comes with private balconies and street view. Bedroom 1: 4 single beds and 1 bunk bed Bedroom 2: 4 single beds and 1 bunk bed * Location: Level 3 * New Gym Available in the building. Open from May to September. The space 1. We are a Self-Catering/Self-Service Unit. No daily cleaning and no daily change of towels. The change of towel fee is 4€ per piece. Cash payment only. 2. Between May and August (Summer Period) it is NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN OR OLDER GUESTS due to the nightlife nearby and the group bookings. 3. Room keys are to be always returned in the key box, Lost keys are chargeable for 75€. 4. For bookings (28 nights onwards) or monthly bookings between January and December are excluding monthly utility bills, monthly wifi /TV connection (50€ monthly), and after-check-out cleaning fees (200€, which apply for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which are paid in advance at the property on arrival or via resolutions section).
