Please note that as an older home, it reflects the unique qualities and charm of its era. The home features approximately 2,148 square feet with a thoughtfully designed layout that allows guests to spread out comfortably. Inside, you’ll find two wood-burning fireplaces, a spacious living room, a formal dining room, and an additional dining area within the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, small appliances, cookware, utensils, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. A separate studio-style living space/bedroom offers added flexibility and privacy, featuring its own private entrance as well as interior access through the laundry room. Enjoy the peaceful setting surrounded by nature while still being conveniently located just minutes from town and major freeways for an easy commute. In the evenings, relax to the sounds of crickets and frogs from the comfort of the property. The home is extremely family-friendly and well-suited for both children and adult groups alike. To help keep guests comfortable during warmer months, the home includes portable AC units, ceiling fans, and box fans throughout. High-speed Wi-Fi (1200 Mbps) is available, along with 5 TVs so everyone can enjoy their own entertainment. Outside, guests can enjoy the expansive backyard, seasonal apple trees, a private hot tub, BBQ, and outdoor firepit. Sits back on a main road and the property is not fenced. Please note: • The garage is not available for guest use. • Hot tub maintenance is performed on the first Friday of every month. Service technicians access the hot tub through the yard and will make every effort not to disturb guests during their stay. Guest access All areas of the house except for the garage are available to guests! Other things to note The hot tub works, it is a 110V so the key is to have the jets on low. PLEASE LEAVE COVER ON WHEN NOT IN USE, this allows it to be properly heated for the next guests. Check in is at 4 P.M. - Early check-in is available for a fee of $50, subject to availability ** Unauthorized pets will have a charge of $250 ** PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE YARD - DOING SO WILL RESULT IN A $500 FINE **
