Combining the charm of the old & the comfort of the modern, it is the ideal retreat for your family holiday or weekends with friends. Within a maximum of 1 hour's drive, you can enjoy the Lévezou lakes, the most beautiful villages in France, Roquefort cellars, the Tarn Gorges, the Millau Viaduct, Micropolis, hiking trails & amenities within 10 minutes. The space The house is spread over two spacious and bright levels: • On the ground floor (Living areas): o A perfectly equipped kitchen (dishes, range with electric oven, gas burners, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine). o A large, cozy living room for your leisure time, with a TV and foosball. o One bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet. • On the 1st floor (sleeping area): * 4 beautiful, spacious, and comfortable bedrooms, ideal for hosting the whole family. o Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 single bed (90 x 190) o Bedroom 2: 1 single bed (120 x 190) and a crib with a railing o Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140x190) o Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (120x190) Guest access The house will be fully dedicated to guests during their stay. The house is located at number 4 of the place called Saugane in the municipality of Lestrade-Thouels. It is located at the entrance to the hamlet, at the wash house on the right. Other things to note • Families welcome: Baby equipment available free of charge upon request (highchair, stroller, baby bed, changing mat). • Connection: A Wi-Fi code is available (accessible in the main living rooms). • Serenity option (linens): To travel lighter, we offer rental of bed linens (€10/bed) and towels (€5/person). • Entirety: The house and its exteriors are entirely yours during your stay. • No cleaning fee: we therefore count on you to leave the house in the same clean condition as you found it on arrival • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. • Modernized living spaces: Enjoy a bright, warm and freshly updated interior. • Optimal comfort: A brand-new equipped kitchen for concocting good little dishes, quality bedding, and beautiful volumes in every room of the house. • Intact country spirit: The exposed beams and original stones blend perfectly with the new contemporary fittings. • Outside: A south-facing balcony for morning coffee, and a pleasant terrace on the courtyard side with garden furniture and a plancha grill for your summer grilling.
