The gîte is bordered by Indre et Loire and Vienne (37/86), close to Futuroscope/Aquascope and Center Parcs. Old manor house, in the heart of a small village, with its own private courtyard. Grassy land adjoining the house. You also have a large covered area under an old courtyard for your meals and moments of relaxation in the shade. (Barbecue, table) The gîte has a functional kitchen and a cozy separate living room. Large table that seats 12 people (extensions available) and a TV sofa area. The first floor offers a large bathroom with storage and two bedrooms each with a double bed and a single bed. On the second floor is a dormitory accessible for more than 4 people with a second bathroom, two double beds and two single beds. Each floor has a toilet. The cottage can accommodate up to 12 people. Guest access Self check-in possible with key box Possibility to park the car(s) in the private inner courtyard. Entrance through the common gate with the owner.
