Breathtaking Oceanfront Suite

Located on a quiet hillside by the sea in Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture, Sunset Hills is a Western-style American colonial building built by a renowned architect.It is designed to enjoy the superb view, and all rooms have an ocean view.The first floor is a music room with a host's room and a grand piano, and a couple and a cat live there.Cats rarely meow. 　There are 4 rooms on the 2nd floor, but only 2 rooms are used.The guest rooms are the east and west corner rooms. 　The east side is a suite with a balcony with a roof and windows called a lanai.The suite is 34 square meters and is fully equipped for long stays.The sunset seen from the large floor-to-ceiling windows is as beautiful as a painting, and when the orange sun sets, the twilight approaches and the fishing lights shine mysteriously.This is a room where you can enjoy a superb view. 　The west side is a romantic double room.The double room is 22 square meters and has a double bed with a canopy and a luxurious chandelier.From your room, you can see Hamada's famous mountain, Mt. Oma, and the Sea of Japan.Head out to the balcony for a spectacular view. 　Forget your daily routine and have a luxurious time in Sunset Hills. The space This suite consists of a bedroom, lanai, mini-kitchen, and shower room.From the lanai with huge floor-to-ceiling windows, you can overlook the sea and mountains.There are always two single beds in the bedroom.If 3 people will be staying, we will add one extra bed.It has a sink, microwave, and washing machine so you can stay for a long time.There is no stove, so you can't cook, but there are plenty of amenities, such as cutlery and dishes, so you can relax and enjoy yourself in your room.The windows are open and face east, south, and north.As an option, there is a music room with a grand piano on the first floor.Contact us for music room use. Guest access Sunset Hills has two accommodation rooms.Enter through the front door, go up the stairs to the 2nd floor, and there is a Lanai suite on the east side and a Balcony double room on the west side.Please do not enter rooms that you have not booked. The first floor has a music room and a host's room.Please do not enter the host's room. On the first day, we will guide you in person, but we will give you the key of the smart lock to guests staying for more than two nights. We speak English. Other things to note We kindly ask that you refrain from booking if you are allergic to cats, as we have a cat. Please refrain from making loud noises late at night as it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. No smoking inside the house or on the premises. There is little public transportation, so we recommend traveling by car, but if you use public transportation, it is 2 km from JR Shikama Station.
