Located in New Quay, the House has stunning sea views, and is a very short walk to the restaurants, pubs, independent shops, beautiful harbour, and sandy beaches! The house was once a sea captains house. Recently refurbished to a high standard, Polruan retains many original features preserving the old-world charm. Externally there is a garden with a large picnic table and a heated outdoor shower. The space Space for 2 cars at the rear of the house. Enter house from the back courtyard where there’s a picnic table, outside shower and hose pipe. Enter the back door into the large open plan modern kitchen diner. At the back is a utility room which houses the fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer, then a door leading through to a separate toilet. Off the dining area is a separate room for dogs to sleep. Enter the hall way from the dining room which leads to 2 downstairs lounges, one has a double sofa bed, both with modern tv’s and electric fires. 1st floor has a large family bathroom with large walk in shower, roll top bath, double sinks and toilet, 2 king bedrooms - 1 with shower ensuite, and 1 bunk bed room. 2nd floor has a very large attic bedroom with super-king or twin beds with seating area to make the most of the wonderful sea-views.
