If you need to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need to accommodate your travel plans! There are two EXTERNAL ONLY security cameras on the premises. These cameras face the entrance points of the home. Please use Airbnb messaging for all matters first. We usually respond within the first hour. Lastly and the most important information, if you believe you will not make it to your trip or if a potential bad weather or act of nature may arise, it is important that you obtain your personal travel insurance. As a host, we are not travel insurance and will not issue refunds, it is very likely that any cancellations will remain unbooked and will be a loss income towards our ever increasing mortgage, research "AIRBNB TRAVEL INSURANCE" Guest access Code for the smart lock will be provided 1 day prior to check in.
