MOMPÓ PENTHOUSE-LOFT is a unique space, with its own personality, minimalist design, temporary accommodation. Very bright with all kinds of details and amenities, which will make you enjoy an unforgettable stay. Its 32 m2 terrace is an authentic urban oasis caressed by the sea breeze that provides very pleasant evenings; spacious living-dining room with a relax-study area with a single bed; independent kitchen, bedroom with bathroom, garage 5.15 x 2.7 m Located in one of the trendiest neighborhoods. The space Modern penthouse with all kinds of amenities, free high-speed WiFi, fully equipped, with duct air conditioning and radiator heating. It has a large suite-type room (with private bathroom) with a double bed and, if needed (advance notice), an extra bed, crib, high chair and toys for children. The living room is spacious and bright, with a relaxation area with a chaise longue, a nice white leather sofa, a wardrobe as a large container for clothes and other needs (ironing board, iron, hair dryer, safe, beach utensils, etc.) that includes an office area with a printer for teleworking and a large library, with a Smart TV with free Nexflix. From the living room you can access the private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, blender, as well as kitchenware, cutlery and crockery. The terrace is one of the most charming places in the penthouse. It is distributed in a dining area accessible from the kitchen and a seating area with hammocks for sunbathing, relaxing or smoking, all decorated with natural Mediterranean vegetation that will allow you to isolate yourself and disconnect from everything. As a guiding thread of the recent renovation, we find the natural light and the white color that floods the accommodation and that contrasts with the anthracite gray of the natural slate floor, the ocher of the looms and the green of the plants. All finishes are top quality. If you come by car, you have at your disposal a large free parking space on the same property, with elevator access. We have prepared a welcome gift with local products: wine and oil that is complemented by other basic products needed during the stay (Nespresso single-dose coffee, sugar, saccharin, salt, shampoo, gel, toilet paper, napkins, kitchen towels, scouring pad, dishwasher, tablecloths and napkins, set of towels, duvet, quilt, blankets and sheets). Other things to note THE SURROUNDINGS This loft penthouse is in a perfect location in the city, in the Grao neighborhood, “close to almost everything” you need to see and know. It is very well connected and safe, with metro, bus and bike lane stops a few meters from the accommodation. Close to the Marina de Valencia, an area recently consolidated as an innovation district, where the cultural, sun and leisure offer is combined with a great gastronomic offer, full of restaurants, drinking areas, bakeries, supermarkets, bicycle rental stores and other services very close by. It's very close and you can walk to • Dársena del Puerto, a leisure area par excellence, especially in the summer season, located in the area that hosted the America's Cup and the Formula 1 Grand Prix. • Atarazanas del Grao de Valencia, also known in Valencian as Drassanes del Grau, are industrial buildings built in the 14th century in Valencian Gothic style for the construction and repair of boats. • The promenade of the beaches of Las Arenas, Cabañal, Malvarrosa and Patacona. They are located north of the port and are the most urban ones. It is an architectural complex designed by Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava • The Turia Garden is a public urban park located in the old Turia river channel in the city of Valencia. It currently occupies about 136 ha, with a length close to 8.5 km and an average width of about 160 m. In 1986 the park was inaugurated. The garden crosses the city from practically the port, more specifically from the City of Arts and Sciences, to the new Bioparc Valencia, which replaced the old zoo. THE CITY It is very well connected to the main historical center of Ciutat Vella (3.5 km away), where you can visit, among others, the mythical Barrio del Carmen, the Cathedral, El Miguelete, La Lonja, Torres de Serrano, Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas, Mercado Central, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Museo de la Seda, Baños del Almirante, or the main museums or art centers: IVAM, MUVIN, CCCC, Fundación Bancaja, etc. As well as the traditional Barrio del Example (2.8 km away where a must stop is the Mercado de Colón or the shopping area around Calle Colón) and Barrio de Ruzzafa (trendy drinking area).
