This brand new, 1000sq casita is located in the town of La Mision, 45 minutes south of San Diego, half way between Rosarito Beach and Ensenada, overlooking the Guadalupe estuary and a short walk to the beach. The space Spacious 1000sq ft studio. Quiet, relaxing, with 180 degree view of the ocean, the town of La Mision and the Guadalupe estuary. Working kitchen with full-size fridge & stove, large spa-like bathroom with spacious shower and soaking tub. Guest access Casita is located on the floor below the main house where the owners reside. Guests have access to the entire casita and large private patio area that overlooks the estuary and the Pacific Ocean. Other things to note Super fixed internet via StarLink. Please plan to arrive during daylight, no later than 7pm in summer time and 4pm in winter time. The guard at the entrance will be notified of your arrival and give you a pass to display inside your car throughout your stay.
