Waking up in the morning and looking out a window overlooking the Plaza Mayor is a true luxury. THE ACCOMMODATION Located on the first floor (no elevator), this apartment has been renovated in a modern and welcoming style. It's a period gem, meaning it retains its original architecture: low ceilings and intimate rooms give it a special, cozy feel. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests, but due to its compact size and historic design, it's primarily intended as a strategic retreat. This is the ideal accommodation for those planning to spend the day exploring every corner of Madrid and looking for a spotless, central, and comfortable place to sleep and recharge surrounded by history. DESCRIPTION ~ LIVING ROOM ~ - It has a sofa, smart TV with internet access, air conditioning (heat pump), and a small area for a home office. ~ KITCHEN ~ Equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, washing machine and dryer, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, Italian coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and everything you need to feel at home… It has a fold-down bar with four stools for a dining area. ~ BEDROOM 1 ~ It features a double bed (1.35m x 1.90m), a bedside table, a solid wood double bench, a double-glazed window with blackout blinds to block out the light and views of the Plaza Mayor, air conditioning, and a luggage rack with a drawer for storing your belongings. This bedroom is located next to the full bathroom with shower. ~BEDROOM 2~ It has a single bed (90 cm), a bedside table, air conditioning, a wardrobe with a hanging area and shelf, a luggage rack with drawer, a folding desk with chair, a suitable work/study area, and a double-glazed window with blackout blinds overlooking the Plaza Mayor. ~BEDROOM 3~ It has the same features as bedroom 2, including air conditioning. It also has exceptional views of the Plaza and is located next to the bathroom/toilet. ~BATHROOM~ Newly renovated bathroom, equipped with shower, half-length mirror, sink, odor extractor fan, toiletries, toilet with sanitary napkin (VERY IMPORTANT: DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER, as this can damage the motor). Hair dryer and towels are also provided.
