If you are a huge dog lover this is the place for you! 🐾❤️ This unique spacious home is located in a safe, established golf course community neighborhood. Our home has a unique partially covered swimming pool in the middle of the house, and it sits right off the master suite with a door straight to your room. The space If you are a huge dog lover this is the place for you. 🐾❤️ The private master suite is fully furnished, and includes all the comforts you could need right in your room. A coffee bar, large mini fridge, microwave with kitchenware. The en-suite bathroom includes bath ware and linens. The furniture is a customized Haverty Wall unit bedroom set for you to get a peaceful restful sleep. Also the bed frames are motorized. The bedroom has plenty of space to put your clothes, including a walk in closet. Large TV w/ Roku streaming. Newly tiled, very clean and well kept. Please free to bring your well behaved pets bc we love pets. We truly think you will enjoy your time here with us as we want this home to be your home while youre here. We are negotiable and flexible so if you need anything just ask - we are open to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank You Guest access Backyard. Pool, patio door. During your stay Interaction is typically minimal unless necessary. Hi mom and I are best friends and roommates, and we’ve decided to rent out our amazing master suite with a private entrance in our home. We have a unique property with a swimming pool in the middle of the house which is partially covered, we love to grow plants, garden, And we do a lot of pet rescuing / fostering / board & train / pet sitting bc we love fur babies so much. Please only consider renting this space if you are VERY loving, tolerant and patient of animals. Bc we will do our best to keep them quiet and calm but sometimes people ring the doorbell and it takes a few to calm them back down. They do like to bark as a pack lol. Also depending on which Foster’s we have we may need to slowly introduce you to them, and we just want you to be receptive to this as some are shelter dogs who came from abusive circumstances so they need a little calm patience. Feel free to bring your well behaved pet as well there is plenty of space with direct access to the back yard. Just be willing to rotate dogs for backyard time. We’re grateful and blessed to live in a home and neighborhood that is extremely safe, family friendly, on a golf course with many amenities and we hope to share this with you. Bc right now all the rescues and shelters are in crisis mode due to so many pets being dumped. This has increased the amount of dogs we’re currently fostering.
