Modern new building with two private pools, cabanas and breathtaking views will take you to an absolutely fantastic state of mind. Beautifully furnished master bedroom includes one King Size bed with a walk-in closet/drawers and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two twin size beds with private closet, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the balcony with an astonishing city and ocean view. All bedrooms have smart TVs with over than 150 channels, so you can enjoy the glass of wine under the cool AC after a sunny day. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen utilities, dishes, glasses and cutleries. You can start your energetic or relaxing morning with self-made cup of coffee at the terrace. Additionally, the area has an abundant choices of delicious gourmet restaurants, exclusive night life venues and artisan local coffee shops. BEACH ACCESS - The beach service will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella (included in resort fee) conveniently located 5 minutes away from the resort (included in resort fee and located NOT IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING). Other things to note Age limit to check-in is 18+ years old. During CHECK-IN you will be asked to pay the resort fees to the resort directly. (Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice): RESORT FEE (charged per unit per night): $40 + tax per night Resort will place hold on $250.00 as security deposit. Keep in mind only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella is included in resort fee. Please Note: Beach chairs are available on a first come first service basis and cannot be reserved. Housekeeping during stay (optional): $150.00 This option is provided by a third party cleaning company. Beach Towels provided by the Resort Beach Service are only allowed to be used on the beach. Wrist Bands provided by the Resort need to be worn by all guests while using the Resort amenities. Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs. - BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. - Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
