Comfortability, Convenience and Fun Packaged in one deal. -Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, crockery & cutlery and a welcome supply of tea, coffee, creamer & other cooking staples. -You will have a dishwasher, a washing machine, dryer and other appliances to make your cleaning and cooking time a fun one. -You will have a private balcony to enjoy beautiful sunsets, and a wide expanse of Midrand area. -You will have uncapped, high-speed fibre WiFi. -In the living room, you can enjoy the complimentary Netflix UltraHD on the smart TV, or play the provided boardgames with family and friends. On quieter evenings, you can relax with a good book read, or a soak in the bath. You will be able to enjoy all the facilities in the complex, including the restaurant, gym, swimming pool for adults and for children. Within the apartment, you will be the only guests - and will not share any facilities (kitchen/bathrooms etc) If you need any information, tips or any other help, Gerald and I, with our team, monitor our AirB&B App messages closely, and we respond to 100% of all queries. Messaging on the App is a much more effective way to stay connected, rather than phone messaging, as you'll have multiple people looking out for any help message. We have 2 free parking spaces dedicated to the Unit. Day guests can make use of parking which is designated for Visitors. The most convenient ways to get around include driving with the use of navigation Apps like Waze or Maps. We recommend Waze, as it has more regular traffic updates and recommends the best routes. South Africa is experiencing some huge challenges in the infrastructure that provides electricity and water. We have frequent "Load Shedding" - a schedule when power has to be switched off in some parts of the city. Water outages are usually due to burst pipes. To mitigate against these inconveniences, which affect everyone in the country, we have put in the following measures: 1. We will send you the schedule of power cuts that affect the unit for each day, so that you can plan accordingly. 2. Our unit uses Gas for cooking. This means that you'll not lack a meal or tea or coffee 24/7 3. When there is a burst pipe, or planned water outage, we will also send you this communication as soon as we get it. The municipality always keeps residents informed on progress 4. We have provided 2 LED lamps that are very powerful, one can provide adequate light for the kitchen / dining and lounge areas. You will also find USB power sockets at the back of the lamps, you can therefore keep your phone powered up. Just remember to recharge the lamps as soon as you have electricity back. 5. Under the kitchen sink, we have put several large containers with water. This will cover your cooking, drinking and cleaning needs. If the water outage is anticipated to last long, we suggest you keep some water in the bathtub for bathroom use. Most outages are resolved within a 24 hour period.
