The space There are several windows to open and fans throughout the house for late summer hot spells. We do not have central air as classic homes in this area do not, but there are AC units in the bedrooms. Prepare to be amazed by the impeccable design and attention to detail in this exceptional retreat. The interior decor is a harmonious blend of contemporary elegance and California charm. This stunning property features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, while the second bedroom is perfect for families or larger groups, with a full over full bunk bed and a twin pull-out bed. Rest assured, a restful night's sleep awaits you. The two bedrooms share a jack-and-jill style bathroom that features a large walk-in tiled shower. The living room is a true haven of relaxation and creativity. Immaculately designed, it showcases a pull-out couch for additional sleeping arrangements, a cozy sitting area perfect for unwinding, a stylish desk for work or study, and even a swing that adds a playful touch to the space (please note that there is a 200lb weight limit for the swing). The dining room provides an intimate setting for enjoying meals. Share stories, laughter, and delicious food while basking in the warm ambiance. Please note for your safety we have a door bell camera (facing in front of the front door and front yard), A front yard camera (facing entire front yard), and a flood light camera on the side of the house to the top right of the side door facing the side yard and shed). The neighborhood has 2 security cameras on a telephone pole out front for security on the front sidewalk and the alley way. Guest access We use digital locks that provide you with contactless entry and security for the duration of your stay. Other things to note A full propane tank is located in the back by the water heater should the fire pit or grill run out. Linens and pillows are located inside the pullout sofa. Please use the included mattress protector. Recycling/composting bins are located under the sink and can be emptied into the large blue and green bins outside. Close proximity to Balboa Park, Padres Stadium, and the Convention Center - perfect for both leisure and business travelers. Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. ***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500*** For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
