A rural gated location nr Grantham with views of Belton Village, Walks & Bike rides, Belton House National Trust with Adventure Playground, Belton Woods Golf Course, Spa & Country Club is a short walk. River Witham if you are a keen Fly Fishing angler, PFI International Go Karting Circuit is not far & as we have cctv gated parking you could park race vehicles securely but by prior arrangement. Use of our Natural Wild Swimming Pond is chargeable please see our house rules section. Enjoy your stay The space The Barn is a separate building recently refurbished with its own mezzanine roof top patio and outdoor breakfast table terrace with fabulous views. The barn is fully air conditioned, the kitchen diner has all new appliances including dishwasher and TV with a double sofa bed and a pull out table and chairs for 4 people. The bathroom has a full size bath and a separate shower enclosure and a heated towel radiator. The bedroom has a very comfy king size bed with open storage and a TV. The main rooms are all heated or cooled as desired with a full air conditioning system. A new feature for 2025 is the 16m Natural Wild Swimming Pond, this is chargeable and subject to the house rules please read the house rules before asking to book. We hope you enjoy your stay.
