Idyllically surrounded by forest, our Waldzeit apartment is located in a small settlement in a prime location between Stuttgart and Leonberg, just minutes from the highway exit. Whether you are visiting friends or events nearby, traveling for business or vacationing - here you will find stylish accommodation for up to four people and friendly hosts. The space The approx. 50 m² apartment has a large living and dining room with an open kitchen. From here you can reach the private, approx. 15 m² terrace. There is also a separate bedroom overlooking the back garden and the forest. Next to the entrance area with a wardrobe is the small but nice bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which can be shared if necessary. Guest access The apartment has its own private entrance with a separate entrance door. Other things to note Free parking spaces are available even for larger vehicles such as motorhomes or Sprinters. On request, there is a covered parking space in the carport for motorcycles. For bicycles, we have a lockable bicycle shed with charging facilities for e-bikes.
