Room 2 includes its own private bath &shower, it is a luxurious bathtub with jet streams and a shower! Also included access to common area, chefs kitchen, living room, outdoor areas & TV room. Secure lock with unique code on room door. *this room is upstairs* This gorgeous Craftsman inn is located in downtown Tarpon Springs. Close to Downtown Shops and Restaurants. Close to the Sponge Docks, Fred Howard Park, Sunset Beach, this charming place to stay provides easy access to downtown. The space Room 2 of the inn. This room has a queen-sized bed, a private bathroom and shower within the room, and a special edition which truly makes room 2 spectacular which is the grand jet bathtub in the room. Also included in this room is streaming TV and access to the shared living space including the chefs kitchen, living room, dining room and tv/sunroom. This room is upstairs. If you would like a downstairs room check out room 7 or 8. There is no desk/ workspace within the room, only within the common area, if you need a desk and workspace in the room you will need to book room 4 with us! A delightful outdoor space with a large deck perfect for lounging, having a meal outside, and enjoying Florida’s beautiful weather! We also offer grills and a cook table for your use; but please note- we do not provide propane. There is a gas station, Walmart, Lowe’s and Home Depot near by if the propane tank needs refill. We also have an in house coffee bar for your use! This includes our Keurig machine, coffee machine and cups, just please note that we do not provide the coffee grounds or K cups for the machine- but you can find a Walmart and Publix grocery store a mile up the road for these items to complete your perfect cup of coffee! Kayaks are available and on site for your use after signing our kayak waiver, and sending a picture to the host. Transportation of kayaks to your desired body of water is the responsibility of the guest. We also have bikes for your use as we encourage you to take advantage of the beautiful nearby Pinellas trail! For use of our bikes we also required a signed waiver sent to the host for approval, then the bike codes will be released to the guest. Guest access This listing is for room 2 in the inn. The entire inn is open for your use as well as for any guests who may be staying in the other rooms. The inn has 8 different rooms each with their own private bathroom. You can access the home with a code which opens up to the common areas (which include 2 living rooms, a huge kitchen fully stocked with pans to cook, a laundry room and a dining area). KITCHEN USE- we have two refrigerators and a stove for your use. The refrigerator to the right is for short term guests and the refrigerator to the left is for longer term guests (those staying over a week). Any food not labeled with the first name of the guest who booked the room will be disposed of by cleaning staff. PLEASE label it with first name! Please do not leave any food on the counters, use the cabinets. Any food, labeled or not that is left on the counter will be disposed of. This is all shared space with whichever other guests are staying in the inn. You will have a code to access your bedroom which includes a tv with streaming and a private bath with shower. All guests are required to clean up after themselves in the common area, but we do have a cleaning service come in bi-weekly to clean the entire downstairs thoroughly. At checkout we ask that any towels used are placed in the hamper in your room. You will have towels in your room at check in as well as enough toilet paper for stays up to 5 days. If you are staying beyond 5 days, you may need to replenish. The same goes for laundry pods. We also have 2 bikes available for use on the premises and 2 kayaks once you sign the waiver. Let me know if you have any questions! This room does not have a table or a chair. If you are looking for a room with a table and a chair then you want to book room 4. The entire house is open for use as well as the patio. Other things to note All guests are required to sign the wavier for the bikes and kayas regardless of intent to use. This is a requirement of our insurance company. Check in is at 4 pm. Your codes will not work until 4 pm. Please do not a disturb the other guests or the cleaning crew by knocking on the door and asking them to let you in. If any guest does this it is considered an early check in and as listed in the listing rules it will be an automatic surcharge of $100.00. We want to ensure our guests are not disturbed and our cleaning crew is able to clean as scheduled. Thank you for understanding. Please do not vape or smoke on the property or in the room. If I smell any smoke or marijuana, then I reserve the right to enter your room to determine if the smell is coming from your vicinity. If you break this rule you will be asked to leave immediately without any refund and you agree to a cleaning surcharge of $400.00. IMPORTANT NOTE: Florida is a humid, wet natural environment with lots of nature...many bugs and lizards are present in Florida. We have contracted with Drive By Exterminators for our pest control and they come monthly as well as on an as needed basis in the event it is a particular wet season. We DO NOT offer refunds for a bug, moth, mosquito, lizard or spider inside. The best advice is to keep doors and windows closed to prevent these situations from occurring. Also, please feel free to contact me as Drive By Exterminators are always just a phone call away. Guests with a Service Animal are required to follow these basic rules. The Service Animal must not be: Outside the guest's control. Unhousebroken. Left alone at the listing at any time. Allowed in shared spaces (ex: spaces shared with people who are not in the guest’s traveling party) without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered (ex: inside of a restaurant, hallways in an apartment building, or a shared kitchen or backyard in private room listings).
