Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 25 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a TV lounge (accessible via a small spiral staircase) and a shower room. The space The accommodation is as follows : Ground floor - A 25 m² living room with dining area and sitting area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC - Bedroom 1 : One double bed - Bedroom 2 : Two single beds First floor - A mezzanine with a sofa and a TV with DVD player (accessed by a small spiral staircase) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside - A west-facing terrace of around 20 m² with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
