Conveniently located just 3 minutes walk to beautiful Port Campbell Bay and main street, this family-friendly home has everything you need for the perfect beachside getaway. Enjoy the sunny deck, spacious front and backyard, and coastal charm this home has to offer, while exploring Port Campbell, the 12 Apostles and the stunning Great Ocean Road. The space With 2 seperate living areas, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom, this 3 bedroom house is spacious enough to host a family, but still a cosy stay for couples. Boasting a full kitchen - including dishwasher - a shared bathroom/laundry with washer and dryer, and plenty of off street parking, including space for those with trailers/boats, all your needs are covered. The home features a cosy fireplace, games cupboard, smart tv and plenty of room for all activities. Port Campbell playground, skatepark and tennis courts are also right next door. Bedroom Configuration Summary: Bedroom 1: Double + 1 bunk bed (2 singles) Bedroom 2: Queen Bedroom 3: Double In addition, you'll find a museum in town, full of Port Campbell history, and if you're a foodie, you'll love to check out some of the delicious spots on the 12 Apostles Food Artisans and Gourmet Food Trail. Explore the breathtaking 12 Apostles and Loch Ard Gorge (10mins drive), the many coastal walks, surrounding area of Timboon (15mins drive) or just unwind in this peaceful part of Port Campbell. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the entire house and both front and back yards. Other things to note *1 well behaved pet is welcome, with a $50 pet fee (BYO pet essentials/bed/food bowls/dog poop bags). We do also ask that any animals please be chicken friendly as there are chickens next door, with their enclosure backing our fence. Please check the yard/gate on arrival for pet proofing. *There are currently no free-to-air TV channels, however we have Wifi and Netflix available. Wifi and phone reception can be unreliable in this area, which is outside of our control. *Ellie's Beach House is an older home with a few little quirks that we think adds to its charm! *The second bathroom is a shared laundry room and has a toilet and shower only. *A small amount of firewood is supplied from May-November, please feel free to source your own if you require extra, and during the Summer months. *We recommend that the bunk beds be used by children only. *Ellie’s is located in a quiet street with no through road and lovely neighbours, we please ask that you respect the peaceful residential area. *Your hosts have lived in the area for many years and are happy to give any tips on things to see and do to make your stay here a memorable one.
