You'll also find a coffee and tea bar to start your mornings right, as well as children’s dinnerware to make family meals easier and more enjoyable for the little ones. **Bedrooms & Bathrooms** This house comfortably sleeps your group across 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms: * **Bedroom 1 (Downstairs):** A luxurious King bed with a private bathroom, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the pool patio. * **Bedroom 2 (Downstairs):** A comfortable Queen bed with a flatscreen TV, utilizing a shared bathroom in the main living area. * **Bedroom 3 (Upstairs):** A spa-inspired primary suite with a King bed, private bathroom featuring both a shower and tub, and a flatscreen TV. Dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work or study * **Bedroom 4 (Upstairs):** A magical Frozen-themed room with a Queen bed, sharing a bathroom. * **Bedroom 5 (Upstairs):** A Star Wars-themed room with two twin beds, perfect for adventurers, sharing a bathroom. **Entertainment & Fun** Your private, furnished patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a meal or soak up the Florida sunshine on one of the loungers. You will have full and exclusive access to the entire house during your stay. World-famous theme parks, premier shopping outlets, and a wide array of dining options are just a short drive away. **House Rules** As pet enthusiasts, we understand that pets are cherished members of the family. We are pleased to accommodate your small companion. A non-refundable fee of $130 per dog will be added to your stay to cover the extra cleaning required. **Important Information** * **Pool & Spa Heat:** The pool and spa can be heated upon request for an additional charge. This must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Please note the heater works via heat exchange and will not function if the weather is below 55°F. We cannot offer refunds if the desired temperature is not reached due to cold weather. * **BBQ Grill:** A grill is available for an additional fee. Please send an inquiry for pricing. * **Initial Supplies:** We provide a starter kit of supplies (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, toilet paper, paper towel). You will need to purchase additional supplies for the remainder of your stay. * **Housekeeping:** Daily housekeeping is not included. The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee. For long-term rentals, a cleaning service is required at the guest's expense. * **Package Delivery:** You may have packages delivered to the home. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave them at the doorstep. However, USPS does not recognize vacation homes and will return packages to the sender. Guest access You will enjoy full access to the entire house during your stay. *Self-check-in is available with our secure, keyless entry system—no check-in required. *Guests also receive complimentary access to the Clubhouse and Community Water Park, with all their amenities included when reserving the house.
