ROOM in a Well-located House #2

Private room with a double bed, ceiling fan, and a floor-to-ceiling sliding closet with rods, shelves and drawers. Full bathroom. Fully-equipped kitchen, living room, patio with laundry. Coffee, tea, natural water and light snacks available. Coachera for one car. The space Shared house on a closed street, with controlled access, ventilated, with mosquito nets and very bright. Private, quiet and safe complex, well located and functional for people who are usually at home for a short time or who are visiting the city. During your stay I live 20 km from the house but I am available in case of emergency or other eventuality that requires me. I personally welcome and bid farewell to each guest. You can also contact me by phone and messages. There is usually only one guest and/or me in the house. Other things to note The street is governed by a condominium regulation, so respect for the basic rules of coexistence is requested; park inside the garage, do not throw garbage, keep the noise volume low and no later than 10:00 PM. This also helps show respect for other guests.
