Our property was once part of a manorial complex (now divided into independent properties), which included a main building, the Manoir de Kéringant, built from the 15th century, a door-house (our property) from the 17th century, a farm (shareholding of the gate) and a portal dating from the 1st half of the 18th century. Located at the southern end of Saint Quay Perros, the place is, even today, an island of tranquility, while being close to all shops. The space Our Logis-porte has been occupied during the school year during the school year by students and interns. In July and August, we welcome vacationers in a furnished rental by the week, preferably from Saturday to Saturday. Our rentals are for anyone who is eager to visit the pink granite coast from a quiet place, wooded and full of history. The "Petit Salon" studio of 46 m2 will allow you, with its large volume, to relax after a day on one of the many beaches in the area, a hike on the GR34, a boat trip to the islands, or a visit to the Château de Tonquédec. The Trégor region will offer you many opportunities for activities. It has: open kitchen area with an old bar and includes a fridge-freezer, electric stove (oven and 4 glass ceramic plates), dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker for Nespresso (or electric coffee maker on request), kettle, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils for 2 people. Sitting area with: a sofa bed, coffee table, TNT TV Bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and dresser with changing table. Bed 2 people 140 x 190 (1 duvet 220 x 240 + 2 pillows 63 x 63) No smoking inside the building. Shared internet connection available. Bed linen and towels not provided. Guest access Large garden of 2000 m2 at the back of the building, with tables and garden chairs, available to holidaymakers. Parking at the property. Two washing machines, iron and table, vacuum cleaner, umbrella bed for young children, barbecues, table tennis are available in a collective storage room adjoining the building. Other things to note Towels and bed linen not provided. The following surcharges, if you wish, are to be paid upon arrival. - Fee for the supply of linens (large and small bath towel, 2 pillow cases and duvet cover): 20 euros, per person, per week; 30 euros, per person, fortnight, with linen change the second week. - Cleaning service at the end of your stay is offered at the rate of 40 euros. - An additional charge for the presence of a pet is charged 40 euros.
