Bring your own boat or plane to the private dock or enjoy the provided kayaks and canoe.  The House at Long Lake is a picturesque waterfront home on Long Lake near Port Orchard, Washington with panoramic views of the water. This large home, 1+ acre yard, and private dock is ideal for families and groups. The space Interiors are newly painted with contemporary appliances and filled with the most comfortable couches and beds. The included work area and modern conveniences help you feel at home, but the activities and amenities (plus the spectacular view) guarantee this is the relaxing lakeside escape you need. Inside: The House is three floors. The main floor sports a living room with gorgeous grand piano, fully stocked large kitchen, 8 to 10 person dining table, designated office, bathroom, and laundry room. Your group will sleep in the three upstairs bedrooms (one with bunkbeds), a separate upstairs pull-out bed, and a basement bedroom. A large basement game room boasts shuffleboard, bumper pool, puzzles, and board games with a dedicated game table, and a media entertainment area with the coziest new couch. There are three new smart TVs with Roku, high speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, and perfect lake views for your Zoom background. The house is fully stocked with kitchen and bath necessities, including beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in the house with laundry detergent provided.  Kid friendly: Includes a pack and play, highchair, playground, children’s toys, and child-sized life jackets. Outside: patio dining set, parking for 3+ vehicles plus boat trailer, huge lawn, large back deck and smaller second floor private deck overlooking the lake, outdoor seating, outdoor fire pit for s’mores, horseshoe, kids’ playground, 3 Kayaks (including a double kayak), one canoe, large private dock, boat ramp, direct lake access for swimming, and everything you need to create lakeside memories with your family or friends. Guest access Guests have full access to the house, lake front, and the yard, excluding the enclosed airplane hangar/boathouse and separate basement studio apartment used for storage (there will not be other people staying in the studio). There is parking for 3+ vehicles in the driveway, with additional parking in the front lawn if needed and space to park boat trailers. Owner may occasionally access the dock, boat/house during guests stay. Other things to note The Lake: Long Lake is a 2-mile-long freshwater lake ideal for water sports, peaceful kayaking, fishing for a variety of freshwater fish, and swimming. House has a large private dock and small boat ramp. There is also a public boat ramp on the lake, and a large lake-front park The Area: Located only an hour away from Seattle (or 45 minutes by ferry), the House on Long Lake is a perfect gateway location. Explore nearby restaurants, historic Gig Harbor, many nearby hiking trails, parks, and beaches. The house is also located close to many grocery stores (10-15 min away) with Uber eats and other delivery services in the area.
