Also, there are plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils for you to enjoy. For coffee enthusiasts, we provide a K-cup machine, along with a regular coffee pot. Bring your own coffee, or k cups to enjoy. The first bedroom contains a king size bed, electric fireplace, and smart TV with all your favorite streaming services for you to sign into. The bunk room contains 2 twin over twin bunks, great as a kids room. The next area is a bedroom/living room 2 containing a queen size bed and double doors that go out to the fenced backyard. The connected living area has it's own couch and smart tv. The last bedroom contains a queen bed with a full size window out to the front of the ranchette. The full size bathroom contains a shower/tub combination and plenty of cabinet space for guest use. There is plenty of parking available if you need to store a trailer or are just bringing lots of family/friends over. There is a carport available for 2 cars to fit under. The house is the start of 8 acres of land including a pond and pasture for your horses! If you came to hunt/fish on the land, it's $100/gun along with a waiver to be signed. (Fishing is free)
