Samara Studio Beachfront Apartment - Diani Beach

Unwind and relax in this serene and warm space. The space Sahara Studio Apartment is located at Golden Sun in Diani, 4.5 km from Diani airport. It is situated at the centre of Diani in an expanse and secure gated community, a 3-minute drive to Diani Beach Hospital and a 6-minute drive from the nearest retail supermarkets Carrefour and Chandarana Foodplus. The apartment is well-furnished and has two (2) balcony swing chairs, Wi-Fi, ample car parking space, a balcony with a beach view, direct access to the beach, a swimming pool, and 24-hour security. The apartment is in a former resort, now converted into rental units with ongoing, progressive exterior renovations. Two (2) elevators are also on either side of the complex to access the upper floors. There are many guests present during the peak holiday season and fewer guests in the low season. Jetskiing, kitesurfing, camel riding and cycling are some of the available sporting activities in the area. Guest access Direct beach access - Beachfront. Beach essentials - Beach towels. Shared outdoor swimming pool - Two (2) swimming pools. Free ample parking. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Other things to note 1. Room cleaning services are provided every day, with no additional fees charged. 2. We do not provide free personal laundry services. However, you can contact us, and the cleaner will provide this service at a small fee. 3. We presently have two (2) ceiling fans and one (1) portable fan for cooling. The AC unit in the room is turned off and hence, not listed as part of the amenities. We turned it off because of the high power consumption. Having it on, and listing it as part of the amenities would mean increasing our listing price, yet most of our guests are comfortable with our current pricing. You can pay a small fee of $9 a day should you want to use the AC during your stay. 4. Diani weather is hot and humid with a temperature range of 26°-31°C hence hot water is not included in the amenities. 5. Directions to Samara Studio Apartment From SGR (Mombasa Terminus) Once you arrive at Mombasa Terminus, go to the exit area (car and shuttle parking area) and get on the Ukunda-Diani shuttles (available for both day and night SGR travel passengers). This will take you directly to Ukunda. There are two (2) routes to Ukunda-Crossing the Likoni Ferry channel or using the Dongo Kundu highway. When you arrive in Ukunda (the last drop-off stage at Naivas Supermarket), get a tuk-tuk and request to be dropped off at Golden Sun, a 5-minute drive from Ukunda. Alternatively, you can request the shuttle driver to drop you off at the resort at an additional charge. From Mombasa Cross the ferry to get to Likoni. Take a matatu in Likoni going to Ukunda. Once you arrive, take a tuk-tuk to Golden Sun. From Diani Airport Once you land in Diani Airport, you can request a taxi or Uber to drop you off at Golden Sun. It is approximately 11 minutes drive from the airport.
