Renovated old building apartment - upper floor

Beautifully renovated, small apartment in an old wooden house. You have the whole upper floor with 3 bedrooms and optionally a 4th bedroom or 1 living room -> Please see floor plan, 1 small kitchen and 1 shower/toilet. The apartment can be combined with the ground floor of the house. We will send the link upon request. The setting is simple and convenient. No frills /pictures. A successful mixture of old and new. The house is in front of the agricultural zone or the local recreation area. The space The TV is purely web-based. (No cable TV) Bring your app data or subscription data and enjoy your subscriptions as if you were at home. Common apps such as Netflix, YouTube, Zattoo are installed or available in the TV's app shop. The rooms have original wooden floors. Everything else, walls, windows are freshly renovated in white and gray tones. The bathrooms and the kitchen are absolutely new. According to the house concept, the bathroom/kitchen has little space compared to the other rooms. Guest access You share the entrance and the hallway. After that, everything is yours. The apartment is clearly separated from the rest of the house with a door. Other things to note The house has a wooden floor and wooden staircase. Any guests in the basement will hear the walking and moving of furniture. But not conversations. Please exercise consideration from 10:00 pm and therefore arrive before 9:00 pm. Before arrival, we will arrange the bed composition and parking needs. For large cars, there are outdoor parking spaces The number of bedrooms or Beds depend on the needs of the guests. Bedrooms/bathrooms can be locked as a result. The pictures of the beds are purely indicative. A single bed 90 x 200 cm is guaranteed for each person according to the booking. With these, double beds can be provided (no 180 x 200 mattresses, but two 90 x 209 cm) Hotel services are not included in the listing. For intermediate cleaning, a washing machine and all necessary cleaning infrastructure are available. Guests are responsible for garbage disposal. Pets are welcome, but an additional fee per day will be charged for pets. The amount can be requested. Usually CHF 10.00 per pet, per night can be expected.
