Self contained house and self contained annexe. Private side entrance to the annexe. No parties allowed! Coming for the special occasion to Cannock or surrounding area? Want to stay together with your family and friends to make long lasting memories? Than this is perfect opportunity for up to 10 guests + infants. This would also be suitable if you require separate bedroom’s for the company staff (max capacity 4 guests if no bedrooms can be shared). Please be aware of sleeping arrangements: 1) double bedroom for 2 guests on first floor 2) double bedroom with 2 single beds on the first floor. Beds extend making triple bed, able to accommodate 3 guests 3) single bed in the downstairs bedroom 4) annexe building in the garden with private side entrance accommodate 4 guests in 2 king size beds. This is usually made into 1 king size bed & 1 day bed, so suitable for various capacity. When accommodating group, this possibly would be better for parents with children to give them a bit more privacy and peace and quite from hustle and bustle in the main house. Please specify sleeping arrangements when booking this! 4) main house living room sofa extends into 3/4 bed (small double) accommodating 2 more guests (please ask of this if required) Guest access House and annexe is for your own sole use. There is also a log cabin (it is also our gym & supplies storage for airbnb) and tree house at the back of the garden, you wont have use of these. Garden can be used by yourselves but we will access it to maintain it as and when required, as well as for a passage to the log cabin with supplies etc There are 2 cupboards in the main house (under stairs cupboard and storage unit in the laundrette) that you will have no access to, as they are our supplies storage. No access to the loft either! Other things to note Airbnb policies • Check in is between 4pm and 10pm. If you require Check In later than 10pm, we will charge you £10 late Check In fee • We potentially can accommodate earlier Check In free of charge but it is subject to approval (please ask us first) • Check out by 11am • No pets allowed • No smoking on premises • No parties or events • No unpaid guests staying over night • Guests are asked to respect quite time between 9pm to 7am • If your family member or friend has stayed with us beyond 9pm with our notice, you will be charged extra £20 per person per night (by making changes to your original airbnb booking). If additional person(s) have stayed without our permission, additional guest fee will be £40 per person per night. Amendment to your original booking will be done through airbnb There will be 4 parking spaces for you on the drive. They are yours for the stay. If you have more vehicles arriving or visiting, please be considerate of neighbours and their drive entrances. Please respect our neighbours, arrive and leave seamlessly, as we live in a very quite neighbourhood. Please take extra care if you are arriving and / or leaving in unsociable hours (between 9pm to 7am) If you need to accommodate an extra person, please speak with us or submit a Booking Update through the airbnb website Additional rules: Tampering with any devices is not permitted & would mean requirement instantly to vacate with authorities being involved We hate to invade your privacy, therefore we will limit times that we will disturb you during your stay. However, we are here for you & if you require anything or have any questions, please feel free to come and see us FAIR USE POLICY - utilities and heating Currently heating is set up on the program to come on between 5am-8am and from 4pm-10pm 7 days a week working around most people’s schedules. If it does not work for you, please let us know and we will adjust it accordingly. Heating is currently set up on 21°C and we hope that it provides comfortable heat for all our guests. Property heats up quickly once guests make their way back to the property at Cannock Chase Guest House. If the temperature is below requirement, this can be adjusted manually by guests themselves. When leaving premises, please make sure that lights are off, windows closed, heating set to 21 degrees or less & taps closed. This is called Fair Use Policy. Whilst guests are on premises, we do not like to adjust heating settings & we do not cup top temperature that can be set, as every guest is different & requires different temperature. However, we ask to be courteous, as we like to keep prices low for everyone across the board, not accounting for those overconsuming. If guests on purposely leave windows and doors open instead of turning heating down when heating is too high, this will be accounted as breach of House Rules. Penalty will be charged individually depending on the length of stay and will be charged via Airbnb Claims. It also applies to fair use of electricity and water. With prior agreement with the host, it is possible to agree to keep heating at High and Max temperatures (plus all windows fully open where required), however additional payment will need to be agreed outside of Fair Use Policy. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Once you arrive, you will use the Self Check-in as per email instructions sent to you via airbnb the day before the start of the stay. Security code (where required) for the gate is given to you prior to your arrival via messages or Airbnb Check In information. On departure, please leave the key in the same place where you found it / got it from! INTERNET CONNECTION We have Sky wifi connection for the house with fast internet speeds to benefit you. KITCHEN The kitchen has an induction hob, 2 ovens, all pots and pans etc, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer for your use. This is all shared between guests if you booked individual rooms. Please be considerate & clean up as you go along. LAUNDRETTE There is a washing machine (washing powder supplied) and tumble dryer that you can use. Laundrette also houses an iron and ironing board. If you have used them, please place them back promptly in case other guests (if rooms are booked separately) need to use it. BREAKFAST STUFF We supply a selection of breakfast cereals, milk, coffee, tea and sugar. SHOWER ROOM As part of our service, we have provided you with bath towels. There is also an ample amount of shampoo and shower gel for you to use.
