The space Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is the perfect place to enjoy Point Clark. BONUS: cozy cedar lined bunkie is a perfect place with a desk if you have to work - plus a double bed! Also, there is wi-fi! Big corner lot yard bounded by large pines with ample room to play outdoor games. Also enjoy the fire pit to tell stories over s'mores, BBQ, hammock or stargazing at night. Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Double and Single bed Bunkie: double bed and desk (has electricity and ceiling fan) Kitchen: well stocked with pots and pans serving-ware, cutlery, bakeware as well as additional small appliances such as toaster and crockpot. Keurig coffee machine (single serve), French press, and a drip coffee maker. Sugar, tea and K-cups are provided. Bathroom: has a large counter space and a shower with built in seat. Living room: contains 2 couches, chair and wood stove for those chilly nights! We have a large TV and tons of DVDS of all genre. Laundry room: washer and dryer side by side in a closet. Detergent provided. Garage: access to beach equipment, ping pong table and pool table. Great restaurant is just a few minutes walk away, as is a trail. Guest access You may access the entire property which is lined with pine trees but not fenced. You may also access the garage which contains beach chairs, beach toys and a beach buggy to load it all up if you want to do the 10 minute walk to the lighthouse Beach. Garage also has a pool table and ping pong table you can use. Garbage and recycling is to be stored in the garage. Other things to note We are on a septic system so only toilet paper can be flushed. (No paper towels or sanitary products) Pets are NOT allowed. This is a quiet community suitable for families (up to 7) or those looking to relax. There are full time homeowners in the area so please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 8:30 AM.
