Beautiful chalet / log cabin in Lathum/Netherlands - on the IJssel and the Rhederlaagse Meren ❤️ Other things to note The house has about 100 square meters of living space and is located in the holiday park Rhederlaagse Meren on a beautiful lake. A great swimming pool with slide, a playground, a super nice beach, a restaurant and much more are part of the park's facilities. Bicycles, e-scooters and even boats can be rented here. The house has both an outdoor parking space and 1-2 vehicles or, for example, a boat trailer can be parked within the property. The spacious property is not visible. There is a covered jacuzzi and outdoor shower in spring and summer months. You enter the house through a small hallway that leads to the spacious living room. Here there are 2 large double doors leading to the covered terrace. The bathroom as well as the kitchen and utility room with washing machine and dryer are also located on this level. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, one with a nice balcony. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. In the kitchen there is a normal filter coffee machine as well as a Tassimo, a dishwasher, a microwave, an air fryer, a water bubbler and much more. The bedrooms are furnished as follows: 1 with a box spring bed in 180 x 200 m with a walk-in closet. 1 small double bed of 140 x 200 cm, 1 dresser and storage space in the bed drawers. 1x a Hemnes bunk bed in 80 x 200 m extendable to 160 x 200 m, a desk and a dresser. ALL rooms and the kitchen have a smart TV. In the living room there is both German and Dutch television. FREE Wi-Fi approx. 50-100 Mbit/s in all rooms!! The beds are made with fresh linens upon arrival. Towels and kitchen towels must be brought. AIR CONDITIONING is available. No pets!
