The accommodation is located on the ground floor (ground floor / full floor) and has everything you need for babies It consists of the following: Spacious 35 m² TERRACE with a barbecue and all its essential utensils for good grilling with friends or family, a table, chairs, sun loungers and a drying rack. KITCHEN open to the living room and fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, "Tassimo" capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer... and everything you need to make good dishes. LIVING ROOM giving direct access to the terrace and including a sofa bed (140 x 190), a TV, a table with chairs, a sideboard with all the dishes. Other things to note Reception arrangements: The keys are to be collected at the "Conciergerie du Cap d'Agde" reception point, located a 5-minute drive from the property and a 21-minute walk away. You can pick up the keys independently from 4pm in a numbered key box accessible 24/7. The codes will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Parking: All amenities are within walking distance after parking your vehicle in the private parking lot. If you come with several cars: 300 meters or 3 minutes walk, there is free parking all year round next to the Mail de Rochelongue. Please note that there is a market on Mondays during the summer period, so you must remember to move your vehicle the day before. We ask vacationers to return the apartment tidy, dishes done and garbage taken out. Bed and bath linens are not included in the booking, but you can order extra if you wish.
