On first-floor apartments 1 & 2, you can access the apartment's surroundings and balcony; on the second floor, we have apartments 3 & 4. Paid coin laundry is located right under the stairs. We require a mid-stay clean If you stay for more than 14 days. The cleaning charge will be separate from the initial cleaning fee, and we will send the request through the Airbnb resolutions center after the mid-stay clean.
