DIRECTIONS The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to schedule one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We will do our best to respond to all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER NOTES - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (e.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, high chair and baby bath if needed. There is a first-aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket in all properties. ATTENTION Please be advised that a tourist Ecotax will be charged for overnight stays in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 years or older, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of €14 per person/7 nights.
