Walking distance from the beach and with a private backyard, it's perfect for a family reunion or summer getaway. Located halfway between Sixteen and Twenty-Mile Creeks and 2 mi from downtown North East, near 6+ wineries. In the summer, pick your own cherries, and in the fall, come for a steelhead fly-fishing trip. The space The entire house was renovated in 2022-2023. The entire second floor is brand-new with four bedrooms and a full bathroom suite with separate toilet, shower, and sink rooms to accommodate a full house. There is a large kitchen, an oversized back porch with picnic table, and an open floor plan downstairs allowing for the group to spread out throughout. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, minus a few closets that house the owner's property. There is a gas grill outside and a kayak for your use. Other things to note There are outdoor security cameras and wifi-enabled locks. There is single-zone AC located on the second floor and fans in every bedroom. Portable AC units are available for the first floor and will be installed during the hottest part of the summer. Please let us know if you need these at other times. This is a quiet residential neighborhood with a small one-lane road leading to the neighborhood. Quiet hours and the speed limit are strictly enforced, and because there are so many kids there, there's no tolerance among the neighbors for speeding. No external guests allowed - only those staying overnight, so no parties or large gatherings. Please note: This is a strictly 100% smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are prohibited everywhere—inside the house, on the deck/patio, in the yard, and in the driveway. This rule applies to all guests and visitors. We can't have any commercial uses of the property. This means no on-site work, no commercial deliveries, no client visits, no commercial vehicles (unless it is yours personally being used for transportation only), etc. You and your crew are welcome to stay and spend time, but any commercial work has to be done off-premises. Pet breed restrictions apply (set by insurance).
