You are 30 minutes from the Lioran ski resort. CANTAL, ideal for nature lovers, hiking, waterfalls and good food. The space Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen, opens to living room and dining room. 1st floor a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower a toilet 2nd floor large master suite with bathtub in the bedroom, and separate toilet. ATTENTION, the stairs are in the style of a miller's ladder. i.e. very steep. Outside a parking space a 50 m2 unfenced garden a Terrace overlooking the Cantal Mountains a table & 4 chairs, umbrella barbecue for the summer. WINTER, provide the essentials for snow, socks, chains... For the pellet stove, you have 1 bag per day at your disposal, the surplus remains your responsibility.
