Welcome to The Cove Home! A beautiful 2 bedroom one bathroom lake house nestled on Grand Lake. Includes year round 4-6 person hot tub, fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, wifi, satellite TV, 3 smart TVs with Netflix, electric fireplace, BBQ and outdoor dining space with a fire pit as well. (Wood and propane are provided during the summer months) The space Perched on the edge of beautiful Grand Lake. Step inside and immerse yourself in the modern elegance that defines the Cove Home. Spacious, clean and thoughtfully designed living area, ideal for both solitude and shared moments. Enjoy cooking in a fully stocked kitchen. Each bedroom is tastefully appointed, featuring plush duvet bedding and soft microfibre linens. The 50 inch smart TV in each room is a bonus! (Netflix included). The lake offers opportunities for kayaking, paddle boarding or boating. Bring what ever water craft toys your heart desires. Outside we have a large fire pit area next to the 4-6 person hot tub. Guest access While there are only 2 queen size beds, we are not opposed to extra guests who will sleep on air mattresses, in tents, on the couch etc. The home has plenty of seating for a maximum of 8 people. Please add the proper amount of guests in your booking information & remember the hot tub has a maximum capacity of 6 people at a time. Other things to note Please be advised there are a few neighborhood dogs that frequently roam the beach. They are all friendly.
