Our 1960s ranch house is nestled on several acres of space with a charming vintage setting inside and beautiful woods outside. Enjoy the downtown and state parks nearby or the games, records and excellent wildlife and bird watching on the property. The space You will enter at the sunroom which has a breakfast nook and desk with a beautiful view. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and is open to the dining area and living room with wood vaulted ceilings and double doors leading out to the deck. The main level has three unique bedrooms as well as an arcade, hot tub room, one and a half bathrooms with two showers, and a washer and dryer. The basement stairs lead to the lounge with a bar, cozy electric fireplace and Wurlitzer piano. The wood wall hides a sliding door that leads to a fourth bedroom that is inspired by the honeymoon resorts of the 60s and 70s.
