Welcome to our beautiful and private detached studio home located at the end of a quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Cheltenham Town Centre. The space This self-contained detached studio home is the perfect getaway and offers very private and tranquil accommodation. The studio has its own parking space right outside and a private gated entrance to it's private patio and courtyard garden which backs onto the local woodland creating a feeling of seclusion and peace. The front door to the studio leads to a generous open plan kitchen / living / dining area with double bed, built in wardrobes, sofa and flat screen Smart TV, dining table for 2 and modern shower room. The kitchen area has everything you'll need for basic cooking and comes with a fridge / freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Located at the end of a cul de sac this home is quiet and peaceful and offers easy access to nearby attractions, such as Cheltenham's Regency District and Promenade with restaurants, bars and shopping for all your needs. Cheltenham is at The Heart of The Cotswolds, and all its popular tourist destinations are a short drive away. Whether you're looking to explore the local Regency culture that Cheltenham offers or simply enjoy a peaceful retreat we aim to provide you with an unforgettable stay. We strive to ensure your comfort and satisfaction throughout your entire visit. Guest access The home has everything you need for a self contained experience. Keys to the property are located in the key safe box and the code for this is released prior to your arrival. Other things to note This studio has step free access. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with every necessary kitchen appliance you should need for your stay. We also include complimentary sachets of tea, coffee and sugar. Please note we do not supply salt & pepper or any other cooking basics such as oil, milk etc. if you require any of these prior to arrival please let us know so we can get this arranged for you. We also supply crisps white hotel linen for the double bed and along with 4 pillows on the bed. There will be a fluffy bath and hand towel per guest along with a shower mats in the shower room. Complimentary shower gel, hand soap and hand & body lotion is also provided along with toilet roll and a tea towel in the kitchen. We provide complimentary housekeeping services for stays longer then 7 nights. If you require additional items or housekeeping services for stays shorter then 7 nights please contact us for availability and pricing. For Fire Safety reasons, BBQs are not allowed at this property. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe. Our check in and out times are listed on the property information. Where we can we do try to accommodate early check ins, we generally will be able to let you know on the day if we can do this and will update you as soon as the apartment is available.
