Aussie World & Banana Bender Pub are a short 10-min drive, only 15-min to Mooloolaba Beach, 20-min to Australia Zoo and 15-min to Sunshine Coast Airport. The space The entire home is yours to enjoy. There is a secure lockbox on the pillar opposite the front door with a code to access the key for easy, self-check in. Check in 3:00 pm Check out 10:00 am Check-in details including secure lock box PIN code will be provided the day of arrival. Drive slowly up the driveway past the garage and reverse back into the garage for drive out exit. Other things to note Everything you need is here. Our closest beaches Mooloolaba, Alexandra Headland, Maroochydore and Cotton Tree are a short 15-minute drive away. Sunshine Plaza, the largest shopping centre on the Sunshine Coast is also a 15-minute drive away. Strictly no events or parties. We do not accept bookings for school leavers or allow functions/parties. INCLUSIVE: As hosts, we welcome all visitors. Overseas guests, people with disabilities, families, and LGBTQI+ friendly. NOISE: The property is in a peaceful quiet neighbourhood. To respect the peace of the community - we kindly request no loud music or loud parties. Noise curfew 10pm. EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS: May be possible however we do recommend you plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check-out to see if this is possible. LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. INFANTS: For families traveling with infants, please note that you will need to supply linen for the porta-cot. Due to the sensitive nature of precious baby skin and the detergents often used by large commercial laundries, it is much better for you to use fabrics that are familiar to your baby's skin to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions. CHECK OUT We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest. AGE REQUIREMENT: We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age or if not, are part of a multi-generational group? Children are welcome. DOG FRIENDLY: We welcome small dogs under 10Kg inside and outside our home however we ask that you keep your pups OFF furniture please. Please clean up after your dog. Casa Mia Retreat is a smoke free environment. Outdoor areas of the property are also smoke free. This is out of respect for all of our guests.
