The space This retreat has all desired facilities and is designed to combine maximum comfort with the authentic joy of Croatian hilly adventures also known as "Croatian Tuscany). The private property of 1500m2 - is spacious and safe for fun activities all year through. The property is leaning south-east with excellent sunny conditions. There is spacious parking just outside. The cabin is designed with a ground floor of 165 m2 + 130 m2 upper area (with wooden sloping ceilings). Upper floor have two separate departments, each with two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upper floor also have room for hedonist also known as "Cognac room". Ground floor have kitchen, billiard room, living room, dining room and fully equipped wellness. Some of the materials used: Wooden sloping ceilings, microcement in rooms and tile trough rest of the house, king size beds, benches and wardrobes, keyless entry doors, high-insulated windows and Scandinavian design furnitures. High quality mattresses, hotell linen and towels (included). The house is covered outside by natural larch (heartwood of old-growth mountain larch) providing an eco-friendly weather protection. Other things to note Deposit of € 500 is required on arrival which is returned to the guest at the end of the stay.
