A Design in Harmony with Nature Water’s Edge was thoughtfully crafted to blend with its surroundings and showcase the unique beauty of Virgin Gorda. The expansive composite deck provides multiple areas to relax or gather, complete with two inviting pools. A gated entrance with Brazilian hardwood doors and lush garden walls adds a sense of exclusivity. The villa is also equipped with excellent high-speed wireless internet throughout the property, ensuring a modern, connected experience. The Layout The villa’s living and sleeping spaces are thoughtfully arranged across three separate buildings, all surrounding the deck, gardens, and pools. Main Living Space The first building features a spacious, open-concept living area, complete with: A large kitchen boasting vaulted ceilings, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Walls of folding glass doors that bring in refreshing sea breezes and panoramic views. Indoor dining for six and an outdoor dining area for eight, perfect for alfresco meals. A bathroom, laundry facilities, and an outdoor shower to service the pool and common areas. Bonus Room Continuing along the deck, you’ll find the second building, which houses a bright and airy bonus room with large windows that frame the natural paradise outside. This space includes a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed and an entertainment area, offering flexibility for additional guests. Bedroom Suites A short ascent through the boulders leads to the third building, home to two private bedroom suites: Primary Suite: A spacious retreat with a king bed, a seating area, a kitchenette, air conditioning, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and an outdoor shower. Second Suite: Features a king bed, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, and a cozy bunk room perfect for kids. The suite also includes air conditioning, an en suite bathroom with double sinks, and an outdoor shower. *** Due to potential risks associated with a lack of fencing around Water's Edge's patios, this villa is not suitable for young children. Guest access Guests have full access to the Villa. Other things to note There is one security camera on the property. It is located outside the property walls and monitors the parking area and front gate.
