Pleasant stay We have newly installed a sauna and a water bath in the garden.This is optional. As a beach resort-style house, there is a hot water shower outside, and you can enjoy BBQ in the yard.The sea is about a 3-minute walk, and the Tokyo Olympic surfing venue is also nearby. Along the Kujukuri Beach Line (Prefectural Route 30) that runs along the sea, there are not only surf shops, but also fashionable cafes and restaurants, and the townscape is like being in Hawaii. We have a fire pit that uses secondary combustion, which creates beautiful flames dancing in the night sky. The usage fee for the fire pit is 4,000 yen per building. There is a gas BBQ stove available for rent for a fee.The rental fee is 3,000 yen. Please use the garden until 8:30 pm because it is a residential area. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to use the fire pit, BBQ, or sauna. You can watch Netflix for free. Large groups, parties, etc. are not allowed. Please note that we may charge a penalty to guests who do not follow the house rules. The space There are 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. There are 4 single beds and 3 single beds. Guest access Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles on site. Please do not drive on the artificial turf. Other things to note Because it is an electric water heater, if you use a lot of hot water, you may not be able to get any hot water, including for the indoor shower.
