About this space This listing comprises two private spaces, perfect for large families or groups of friends. The cottage features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, while the apartment includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (5 bedrooms and 2 baths total). Each space has a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The two spaces are separated by 2 parking spaces available for your use. Furry friends are welcome with a $150 fee per pet. The space Edwardian Apartment: There are 5 steps outside the building to reach the front door. Once inside, the apartment is all on one level. Walk into the entryway and drop your keys or bag on the console table. Since little fingers touch our floors, please leave your shoes at the door. To the left, you'll find the bright living/dining room with a couch, coffee table, and 50" smart TV. This great room also features a dining table for 4 and a workspace for remote work. Down the hallway, the primary bedroom is on the left and features a California King-sized bed and another desk and chair. This room has a closet with hangers, a dresser, and a luggage rack for your convenience. Further down the hallway, you'll find the fully stocked kitchen, followed by the second bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The bathroom is at the back of the apartment with a bathtub, shower, vanity, and toilet. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Walk out the rear door to find the laundry area, which leads to the driveway and parking area. There are steps down to the parking area, and behind the building, there is another unit that might be occupied by other short-term rental guests. Rear Cottage: The entrance is on street level, you will walk into the living room which features: - Chair by the door so you can put on your shoes before going outside - Hooks & a shelf - for convenient key storage - 50" smart TV - A couch to kick back & relax From the living room, walk up the 2 steps into the fully stocked kitchen featuring a dining table for 4. Off of the kitchen is the bedroom with a queen-size bed and a pull-out twin-size trundle bed, along with a door that leads to the deck with an outdoor dining area and a hammock to relax. The bathroom is on the other side of the kitchen and has a tub, shower, vanity, and toilet. We have stocked the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. The 2nd bedroom is off of the living room and features a comfortable queen-size bed. The 3rd bedroom includes a spacious closet, two large windows that fill the room with natural light, and a comfortable queen-size bed. On the deck, there is a hammock and a table with 4 chairs for an additional dining option and a nice place to enjoy the amazing Oakland weather. There are ring doorbell cameras at each exterior door entrance of the unit which are on 24/7 and record exterior video & sound when activated by motion at or near the doors.
