It has its own private entrance with keyless entry and no shared living spaces. ***Please note, the ceiling height in some areas are 72", so it may not be suitable for taller guests and floors are slightly uneven*** (You will not be renting the Entire house, this is a basement unit and you will have the entire basement to yourself). You will enter the unit from the back of the house, down 6 steps. As you enter, it features a fully equipped kitchen to the left with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. A separate area off of the family room has a kitchen table for two. The bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, dresser, Smart TV, and closet. The bathroom has a tiled shower, pedestal sink, and is stocked with towels and soap. The Family Room has a sectional couch, small coffee table and a 49" Smart TV with Roku. Free WIFI and two smart TV's, one in the bedroom and another in the family room so you have access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the basement area just outside of the bedroom door.
