Security Deposit: A security deposit of AUD 300 is required in order to stay at the apartment. The full amount will be refunded on the day of checkout, once the keys have been returned and the apartment has been confirmed to be in good condition. Amenities: Access to the pool, gym and other facilities requires in-person activation at reception by scanning a QR code. Reception can only approve access between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Access outside these hours is subject to building management rules.
