Our house is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais. You'll get the impression to be at the countryside thanks to its high volume and its green patio, where you can have your meals outdoors. Deckchairs and water games for children are available and in season you can taste the apricots from the garden! On the ground floor: perfectly equipped living room & kitchen. On the 1st floor master bedroom and bathroom. On the 2nd floor 2 children's bedrooms including 1 with bunk beds + 1 bathroom. The space On the ground floor, the livingroom (about 40m2) surrounds a small green patio: fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with piano. In the patio: deckchairs, table and 6 chairs. Also water games for children if the weather is nice. On the 1st floor, a large, very bright master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and desk. Also a bathroom with toilet and bathtub. On the 2nd floor, 2 small children's bedrooms (9m2). One of the bedrooms has a loft bed, the other has a bunk bed. On this floor, a shower room with toilet. On the 3rd floor, a last child's bedroom not accessible for rent. Our little house is a haven of peace, fully equipped and perfect for families: games for all ages, high chair, possibility of adding a cot. We have wifi and the possibility of projecting TV or a film with a video projector, but beware, we don't have TV! In addition the house is not air-conditioned and not very well insulated, it can be hot in the summer in the event of a heat wave. Registration details 7510308027644
