The top floor has 2 primary bedrooms, both has its own private bathroom. Laundry area inside with brand new washer and dryer included! The second bedroom is available for rent short term. Guest access Full access to Bed room with attached bath; partial access to kitchen. Laundry is allowed at specific hours after 5pm- 6pm. No heavy cooking allowed. All community amenities can be availed- pools, parks, community lounge. During your stay I will be occupying the master bedroom. I am a software engineer working from home.
