Bedding for any additional guests or sofa beds is by way of advance notice as we need to order the linen & ensure its onsite for your stay. Please ensure you give us at least 3 days notice ahead of check-in. ===================================== ☆Cancellation☆ Please refer to & understand the terms of the cancellation policy you are selecting with your reservation before booking or requesting to book. All guests are advised to ensure they have sufficient travel insurance coverage in case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the host/ guest or Airbnb. ==================================== ☆Check-in Requirements & Additional Info This is a meet-and-greet check-in. Our staff will require all listed guests to have government issued ID upon check-in. The primary guest (person who booked) must be onsite at check-in. 3rd party bookings/checkins are against Airbnb policy and in breach our insurance so unfortunately unless organised with us prior there is no exceptions. We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee. No beach towels provided. We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival. ===================================
