Dependable high speed fiber optic internet/WiFi The space As soon as you walk into the condo, your breath will be taken away by the spectacular view. This unit has the best view in the entire complex. The condo is also unique in that it faces West, allowing you to enjoy the sunsets from your two balconies. The main floor guest bathroom has a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a “K cup” coffee pot as well as a regular one. . You will enjoy making perfect margaritas with the powerful Ninja blender. Also on the main floor are the living room, second bedroom/dining area and balcony . The second bedroom has a queen wall bed and sliders for privacy. A large screen TV is mounted and can swivel to be watched from bed or the sectional. The master bedroom, master bathroom and master deck are all upstairs. Enjoy the sea views right from your king size bed. A safe is available in the closet for all your valuables. There are no elevators and the condo is on the third floor. It is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Guest access The Chac Hal Al condo complex includes two pools, a beach area with palapas and lounge chairs. No need to lug chairs to the beach here! We have noodles, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, floaties and even a fishing pole for you to use. Beach towels are also provided. Other things to note The complex has the best of both worlds....a white sandy beach and amazing reefs right off the shore for incredible snorkeling. If you love to snorkel, Fatima Bay is the place for you. Just walk right in from the beach and with a short swim you may see sting rays, turtles, lobsters, tons of tropical fish and a wide variety coral. We have snorkeling gear for your use. You may see monkeys, exotic birds (a Toucan has been hanging around), agoutis, and critters with long noses that look like anteaters. Our internet/WiFi is connected via high speed fiber optic cable. Much faster and more dependable than other internet service in the area. Please note that there have been instances of the power going out for hours due to various reasons such as storms, accidental cutting of power lines and other various reasons just as in most other places in the world. The host has no idea when a power outage may occur and thus no warning will be provided unless it is a planned power outage.
