Start your days in the outside hot tub. Prepare coffee: 5 options: drip, Keurig, French or Italian press, or Chemex. Coffee and creamer of your choice are provided. The kitchen and pantry are equipped with condiments, spices, Cuisinart pots & pans, beautiful dishes & glasses, and serving platters & boards. There is a full-size fridge, a gas stove/oven, and a dishwasher. There are many cooking gadgets to make steaks - cakes. Prepare meals inside or out. A gas & charcoal grill are provided to enjoy outside grilling. Charcoal provided. Unwind against the backdrop of tranquil, peaceful waterfowl sounds of loons, ducks, geese, and eagles next to our water sanctuary. Take out the canoe from the private beach and explore the lake. Fish if you like. Relax on the large screened-in front porch overlooking the lake or by the fire pit outside; throws are provided in case it gets chilly. The fireplace inside is ready to light. There's plenty of wood provided. Listen to audio using the Bluetooth Bose speaker. Soak in the truly divine private hot tub, then wrap yourself in the comfy Ugh towels & terry cloth robes. Take a peaceful walk. Meander along the winding back road around the lake. Explore the cute New England towns of Woodstock, Ludlow, Chester, and Weston and more. We have day trip guides for you or ask us to design a day trip for you. Just let us know what you want to do. If you need to work during your stay, a desk will accommodate you perfectly, and you'll love the excellent Wi-Fi connection. We usually get 5 stars all around. It's amazing how ONE person can take a rating down. We were striving for a perfect 5.0 always! We reached out to her a few times and we were unable to connect with her. We wanted to find out what she wasn't pleased about because her comments were all very good. She ghosted us! How can we improve if we don't know what is wrong? We did have some terrible guests and had to give them poor ratings. They threatened us with retaliation. We wonder if this was the revenge review. Guest access Guests have access to the primary bedroom, living room, kitchen, pantry, porch, hot tub, W/D, outside areas, canoe, and private beach. Limit 2 guests. ASK- There are "event" fees.
